Disregard everything I say. Every bit of writing here can be considered a work of fiction. Do not ever use anything I've ever said here for anything ever and if you do you are doing so at your own legal risk as I am not responsible for anything that may or may not happen to you. I did after all tell you to disregard everything I say as in reality I actually have no idea what I'm talking about and shall continue to be a retarded teenager with an Internet connection. Please point out as many flaws in my reasoning, claims, factual information and grammar as possible. MYSOURCESARE: Personal Experience, the Internet and nowhere I could just be making things up so don't say I didn't warn you.
Special Announcement ! - Just to let everybody know, I’m going to be fairly inactive for the next few weeks. This is because we are slowly putting together our biggest project yet. I am overwhelmed with work but extremely excited.
In the mean time please enjoy this picture that I made today. That is all. <3
Collection of texture repetition and embedded pattern example images.
Symmetrical texture repetition is a distinct and obvious distortion which specifically manifests itself through rough textures such as grass, carpets, asphalt, tarmac, towels, bathroom rugs, gravel, general bracken, dense vegetation, fallen leaves, tree bark and more. It can be described as the texture becoming mirrored repeatedly over its surface in an extremely intricate and symmetrical fashion that is consistent across itself, no matter how closely you attempt to look at the distortion. Maintaining a constant level of extremely high detail and visual clarity within a persons direct line of visual focus and their peripheral vision.
As these repeating textures are generated they begin to give rise to a huge array of abstract forms, imagery, geometry and patterns that are embedded within and across the symmetry. Something that is universally interpreted as profoundly complex to perceive and just beyond normal geometry in an indescribable way.
Figuring out how to replicate this effect has taught us how the specific visual effect of texture repetition and embedded patterns must be generated. It seems as if it is simply a result of textures being mirrored onto themselves in a symmetrical fashion. The exact same method was used on each picture example and in my opinion, look very accurate.
I’d predict that this is done through a mechanism which fills in rough textures within the peripheral vision using some sort of neurological copy paste mechanism.
Apologies for the fact that some of these pictures are randomly in portrait mode. Tumblr has recently updated the way its content is formatted in such a way that I have lost a very large amount of control and can no longer even edit or add to my Psychedelic visuals part 1 guide without destroying the layout.
I am currently looking for a new host. If anyone has any advice then please message me.
